June 2026 Monthly Release Notes Platform update | June 01, 2026 Tradeshift has migrated to UBL 2.1, the international standard format for electronic business documents including invoices and credit notes. This update ensures alignment with evolving e-invoicing mandates, including EN 16931 compliance, and guarantees that documents remain interoperable across networks and compliant with current and upcoming regulatory requirements. New feature | June 15, 2026 Sellers can now access document, user, and supplier onboarding and connection status reports directly in the Analytics app. These reports bring sellers in line with the reporting capabilities already available to buyers, supporting faster and more informed decision-making. Functional improvement | June 08, 2026 Users can now display up to 100 or 200 PO lines per page when selecting lines to flip into an invoice, up from the previous limit of 50. This reduces the number of pages users need to navigate when issuing invoices that reference large numbers of PO lines, improving efficiency for high-volume transactions. Functional improvement | June 18, 2026 When the last operator approves or rejects an invoice exception task, the document status now updates automatically and the operator's name is recorded in the conversation log in place of the system primary user. This ensures full transparency over who took the final action on an invoice, supporting accurate tracking and audit trails.Platform: UBL 2.1 Migration
