    October 2025 Monthly Release Notes

Aligned Home & HomeX app user experience

    Functional improvement | released September 30, 2025

This feature delivers a cohesive seller-facing experience across HomeX app (pre-join) and Home app (post-join). Suppliers will see accurate counts and amounts for invoices they’ve sent to the inviting buyer, including information about unpaid, paid and rejected invoices.

Configure supplier category directly in Relationship Manager

    New feature | released September 30, 2025

Buyers can now add and maintain the SupplierCategory property directly within the Relationship Manager app, alongside the existing AccountingSystemID field, removing the need to switch to Network Manager for this configuration.

Auto-enrichment of supplier identifiers in Relationship Manager and ScanIO

    New feature | released October 15, 2025

This update enables automatic enrichment of supplier accounts with business identifiers found in incoming documents, ensuring supplier data is consistently up-to-date and accurate with minimal effort.

The capability spans passive account creation in Relationship Manager and post-dispatch enrichment via ScanIO tasks for existing accounts:

    • Relationship Manager: for UBL documents used in account creation or claim, the issuer's company identifiers are now extracted and automatically stored in the new account's profile.

    • ScanIO: when a dispatched document is missing its issuer's identifiers in the sender’s company profile, ScanIO now creates tasks for the supplier to add them. Accepting the task automatically writes the identifier into the profile, with built-in checks to verify uniqueness versus existing accounts.

ScanIO: auto-mapping delivery details from PO

    New feature | released October 31, 2025

When an invoice in ScanIO references a Purchase Order, the system now automatically fetches the PO's Delivery information and maps this information into the invoice content before dispatch, aligning ScanIO behavior with the classic PO Flip functionality.

This includes the Delivery Location Address, which is now visible in the ScanIO UI and included in the final UBL document.

Analytics app: Business Firewall 2.0 Failures Report

    New feature | released October 9, 2025

The new Business Firewall Failures Report is now available in the Analytics app, providing visibility and control over your procure-to-pay process.

Tradeshift’s Business Firewall's objective is to validate documents against various conditions to prevent invalid invoices or credit notes from reaching buyer accounts, prompting sellers to correct issues before resubmitting.

The new Business Firewall Failures Report includes data points and calculated metrics related to these business firewall validations.
